Shipping Policy

US Orders:
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. Most items in our shop are made to order and typically ship within two weeks of receiving cleared payment. Please allow 1–2 weeks for delivery, unless a different timeframe is noted on the individual product page.

International Orders (Canada and Worldwide):
For made-to-order items, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for shipping. Pre-made items will ship sooner. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Expedited, both of which include tracking and insurance. Please note that the buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, and any additional fees charged by their country.

Rush Orders:
We are happy to accommodate rush order requests. If you need an item in less than two weeks, please contact us via email BEFORE placing your order to confirm availability. While you can add a note to your order during checkout, we recommend reaching out beforehand to ensure we can meet your requested delivery date.

If you have already placed an order and require a rush, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, though we cannot guarantee delivery dates if not discussed prior to purchase. Please check our homepage for any shop announcements, as there are times we are unable to accept rush orders. If we cannot meet your timeline, you may request to cancel your order.
