Shipping policy

US ORDERS - are shipped via USPS First class mail and Priority mail. Most of the items in our shop are *MADE TO ORDER*. Made to order items usually ship within 2 weeks of receiving cleared payment, overall please allow up to about 1-2 weeks for the package to be delivered to you (unless otherwise noted on the product page) (read about *Rush Orders* below). 

 

CANADA and ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - please allow about 2-3 weeks for MADE TO ORDER items. Pre made items will ship sooner. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and via UPS Expedited. These services include tracking and insurance. 

And - **buyer is responsible for all customs, duties and any other fees that your country is charging**

 

RUSH ORDERS - We welcome rush orders requests. if you need it within less then two weeks, You can add a little note in the comment box of your order letting us know the date that you need it by, and we will do our best to ship on time once we see your note, however, it is not guaranteed that we see your note on time and are able to ship on time for that date. it is always better if you email us BEFORE placing your order and ask if possible to ship for the date you need it for. we will then let you know if possible and ask you to add a note to your order. and if you already placed your order and just happen to see this info after the fact, which happens a lot, you can still email us and ask to rush your order, we will do our best and work with you (check our home page for announcements, sometimes we are away or just way too busy and can't take rushed orders. when that happens, you can ask to cancel your order if you unwilling to wait for it to ship within the time frame requested on the product page.)

**USPS delays cannot be controlled by our shop. if we agreed to rush your order out we will ship it as soon as we can aiming for the date that you need it by, but on very rare occasions delays caused by USPS may occur that are out of our control.
