Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We gladly accept exchanges and cancellations -

Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Returns and exchange details:

Exchange only. If for some reason you are not pleased with the item once you've received it, we will take it back within 7 days of the date you received it, and exchange it for a different item. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to let us know you'd like to make a return, and The item(s) must be SHIPPED within 7 days from the date UPS or USPS claims the package was delivered (we have tracking numbers for every package that leaves our facilities and we can find out when the package was delivered to you). Travel time for the package to make it from you to us is not included in this 7 day count.

Returned Items must be in its original packaging, In New, unused, unworn condition, with all original tags attached.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. We will pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchanged products. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.

The following items can't be exchanged -

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Perishable products (like food or flowers)
-Intimate items (i.e. Rave bras/bra outfits, shorts/underwear, socks/stockings, for health/hygiene reasons)
-Face Masks (for health/hygiene reasons)
-Items on sale
